New York designer Miles Redd recast the interiors of a Texas family’s vacation house at the Lyford Cay club in the Bahamas. The living room walls and ceiling are covered in a China Seas fabric, with curtains to match. The sofa is by Oscar de la Renta Home for Century Furniture, and the antique slipper chair is clad in a blue Global Leathers hide.
Walls painted in Benjamin Moore’s Pleasant Valley contrast with an Adam Ball canvas in the master bedroom of decorator Alex Papachristidis’s Bridgehampton, New York, home; the cabinets are 18th century, and the bed is upholstered in a Brunschwig & Fils silk velvet.
In this Sig Bergamin–designed São Paulo home, artist Nathalie Morhange hand-painted the walls of the master suite. A blue Romo fabric curtains the windows, the bed is dressed in Victoria Mill embroidered linens, and club chairs covered in a Stroheim print are placed on an Arraiolos carpet.
In the family room of a Chicago duplex designed by Michael S. Smith, an Italian mirror and a Hiroshi Sugimoto photograph are displayed on walls sheathed in a John Robshaw fabric; the ceiling fixture is by Mathieu Lustrerie, and the sectional sofa, in a Jasper silk mohair, is by Jonas.
